Call for Submissions for gamescom congress 2024 launched!
The gamescom congress 2024 is calling for topic proposals! Take the opportunity to present your innovative ideas and projects at Europe's leading conference on the potential of games. The congress will take place on August 22, 2024 in Cologne and will bring together experts from business, culture, education, politics, science, journalism and game development. For this year, we are particularly looking for contributions on the focus topics of “Democracy” and “Artificial Intelligence”.
Submit practical examples or current research projects that show how games strengthen our democratic coexistence or what potential AI offers in conjunction with games.
Submission instructions:Your proposed topics should highlight the potential and challenges of games.
- No special expertise in the field of game development is required.
- The submission requires a meaningful title and a brief description.
- All persons involved in the planned stage contribution should be informed and invited.
- The submitter is responsible for the contribution. If a contribution is planned for several people, the submitter remains the contact person for all questions, including the delivery of speaker details for all speakers.
- We do not cover travel and accommodation costs.
Submission deadline is June 23, 2024
